Service Support Consultant
Job Summary
Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Support Consultant to join our team in Washington State. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary with comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Paid Training, Paid Vacations, and more. The working hours are standard 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Description
As a Service Support Consultant at Amazon Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will handle various customer service functions to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s products and services.

Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
