Responsibilities

? Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our services.
? Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications
? Excellent written communication skills.
? Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
? Proficiency with chat support software and customer service tools.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
