Junior Data Analyst (Remote)

Our fast-growing tech startup is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will support our data analysts and engineers by preparing, cleaning, and analyzing data to uncover insights and trends. Job Responsibilities: ? Collect, organize, and format data from various sources for analysis ? Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, errors, and gaps ? Clean and transform data by filtering, sorting, and validating to prepare it for analysis ? Run queries and develop data models to support analytical projects and dashboards ? Assist senior analysts in preparing reports, visualizations, and presentations to share insights ? Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement ? Stay up-to-date on latest data tools, techniques, and... technologies
Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field ? Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R or other data analysis languages ? Experience working with databases, data mining, and data visualization tools ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ? Detail-oriented with ability to spot data discrepancies ? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
