About the position

The House Manager/Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Patel family by managing household operations and providing personal assistance. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various administrative tasks, coordinate services, and ensure the smooth running of the household while also being available for personal assistance as needed.

Responsibilities
? Coordinating service calls with tradesmen and ensuring work is completed on-site.

? Researching activities for children, restaurants, travel, airfare, tutors, and gift ideas.

? Organizing, maintaining, and inventorying household supplies and replenishing as required.

? Supervising any additional staff.
,
? Providing personal assistant services to support household or property needs.

? Making doctor's appointments and following up on prescription refills.

? Driving to get cars washed and serviced.

? Walking and caring for the family dog when necessary, including daily grooming.

Requirements
? Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is mandatory.
