What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Enter and maintain accurate property data into the employer's database
? Conduct data verification and cleansing procedures to ensure data integrity
? Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues
? Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports as assigned
? Assist in data migration and system integration projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
? Proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
? Strong organizational and time management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Basic understanding of real estate terminology is a plus
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently and in a team
