Role Description

This is a full-time completely remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Trashcans Unlimited, LLC. This position includes Paid Training. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
? Handling customer inquiries over the phone or through email regarding order updates, status, tracking, delivery, etc.,
? Learning the Company's base product knowledge to adequately assist customers in order placement
? Providing support or direction
? Ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications
? Experience in Customer Service
? Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
? Problem-solving skills
? Experience in a similar role is a plus
? High school diploma or equivalent
