Key Responsibilities
? Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.

? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
? Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
? Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
