Recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconciling bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
Generating financial reports and summaries for client review.
Collaborating with our tax professionals to ensure accurate financial data for tax preparation and attending tax strategy meetings with your clients.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Adhering to accounting best practices and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data entry.
