We are seeking a Team Lead, GTM Technology and Operations to drive technological strategy and operational excellence behind Coalition 's go-to-market functions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Technology, or similar process-improvement roles, and will be responsible for owning the technological strategy, implementing management best practices, and leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth and scale.
