As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing DoorDash's executive compensation and equity strategy, ensuring our employee value proposition is competitive, financially sustainable, and aligned with our business goals. About the Role In this exciting opportunity, you will: Partner with senior leadership to shape our executive compensation strategy and ensure alignment with our overall compensation philosophy Support the end-to-end executive compensation process, including preparation of board and committee materials and SEC filings Design and implement process improvements to enhance employee engagement and enablement in our equity compensation programs Present compensation insights to partners across the business and provide expert advice on compensation-related matters Collaborate with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and recruiters to ensure compensation programs are aligned with business objectives Conduct market studies and analysis to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with our total rewards philosophy About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or a related field 6+ years of experience in broad-based or executive compensation, with a strong understanding of equity compensation administration platforms Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and partners across the business Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in creating dynamic models, tools, and analyses to support decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior leaders What We Offer In return for your expertise and passion, we offer: A competitive salary range of $108,800 - $160,000 USD, depending on location and experience Opportunities for equity grants and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, disability and basic life insurance, and more A dynamic and supportive work environment that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being The opportunity to work with a talented and experienced team, shaping the future of compensation at DoorDash How to Apply If you're a motivated and experienced compensation professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to .
