As a Lead Marking Project Manager in our Agency Marketing organization, youll serve as process owner/project manager for programs, experiences, journeys and/or campaigns that will help to deliver on our larger B2B and B2B2C strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for writing clear and effective requirements, managing cross-functional teams, leading IT project builds and testing, working collaboratively on creative/marketing materials and managing a variety of high-profile projects from inception to completion. You'll work collaboratively with various groups and members of leadership, taking ownership of processes and projects to ensure successful, on-time delivery. Location: Remote Must-have qualifications: High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 10 years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.) {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.) Preferred skills : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and experience with IT projects, including managing testing processes. Experience developing process improvements Demonstrated knowledge of marketing programs and creative project management Exceptional planning, prioritizing and organizational skills Compensation: $87,200-$116,300 Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
