Lead Marking Project Manager

As a Lead Marking Project Manager in our Agency Marketing organization, you’ll serve as process owner/project manager for programs, experiences, journeys and/or campaigns that will help to deliver on our larger B2B and B2B2C strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for writing clear and effective requirements, managing cross-functional teams, leading IT project builds and testing, working collaboratively on creative/marketing materials and managing a variety of high-profile projects from inception to completion. You'll work collaboratively with various groups and members of leadership, taking ownership of processes and projects to ensure successful, on-time delivery. Location: Remote Must-have qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 10 years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.) • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.) Preferred skills : • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in Excel and experience with IT projects, including managing testing processes. • Experience developing process improvements • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing programs and creative project management • Exceptional planning, prioritizing and organizational skills Compensation: • $87,200-$116,300 • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
