As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for monitoring IT asset health, managing incidents, and addressing service requests related to IT systems and applications. • *Key Responsibilities: • Monitor IT asset health using Service Now and Power BI reports, identifying lost or missing assets. • Oversee physical inventory in stock rooms and warehouses, ensuring desktops, laptops, and accessories are adequately stocked. • Prepare shipments to remote sites, track deliveries, and provide status updates to customers. • Assist with escalated asset issues and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. • *Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and systems management.
