Front Desk Receptionist

Duties...

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
Provide excellent customer service to patients or clients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in an office or receptionist role preferred
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
