Responsibilities...
? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
? Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
? Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
? Document all customer interactions and transactions in the database
? Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous customer service experience preferred
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
