6 months or more finance experience
6 months or more of customer services experience
Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
High school diploma or equivalent
Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
Computer experience
High-speed internet (> 40mbps)
