We?re hiring Administrative Assistance! Work from home and make customers happy with their sparkling blue... pools!

Duties:

Be the best, most positive and professional representation of Aloha Desert Pools!

Answer the phones, providing great customer experience.

Effectively utilize computer skills to handle administrative tasks, including using company CRM, phone, MS Office and other computer applications.

Route technicians to jobs and coordinate appointments with customers.

Quoting, billing and invoicing jobs.

Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in computerized systems such as MS Office and Google Suite
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Knowledge in billing area is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
