Remote Recruiter for Behavioral Health
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional Behavioral Health Recruiter to become a vital part of our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
? Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for designated job openings.
? Partner with Hiring Managers to understand specific requirements and candidate profiles for each role.
? Implement diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
? Conduct screening, interviewing, and presentation of candidates to Hiring Managers, facilitating an efficient selection process.
? Maintain meticulous records and accurate candidate information within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
? Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
? Engage with industry trends and cultivate relationships with mental health professionals to enhance recruitment efforts.
Required Skills
? 3-5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in behavioral health recruitment.
? Proficient in leveraging various sourcing platforms (including job boards, social media, and professional networks) to identify top candidates.
? Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (such as iCiMS or similar) to manage recruitment processes effectively.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging both candidates and hiring teams.
? Strong organizational abilities with a capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
? Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team context.
Qualifications
? A successful background of 3-5 years in recruiting, particularly within the behavioral health field.
? Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting mental health professionals.
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
